The biggest and most urgent challenge was to keep this unique business idea alive and promote it successfully. Within the CTCC project, various workshops and goal-oriented mentoring has been offered to the entrepreneur in order to recruit new staff and develop a sustainable and future-oriented business model.
During the development process, workshops were given for the two businesswomen from Rietavas (LT). That was a period of hard work, inspiring conversations and fruitful exchange of business ideas with the creative brokers. The focus of consultations was on defining problems and analysing the current situation of their business. Also, the innovation process was used to discuss design issues, specify the future product line as well as find ways and means of presenting and promoting their tailor-made clothing. The objectives were to facilitate the purchase, become more competitive and enter new sales markets. All findings of the process were visualised with the Value Proposition Canvas model.
The cooperation between the two women is on its way to becoming a success story. The interest in creative and sustainably produced clothing is also growing strongly in Lithuania, and the two businesswomen can meet this desire of the customers with high-quality clothing and individually developed accessories. Beyond, the interest in authentic clothing and materials that are rooted in the region and its traditions is growing - especially among the younger generation. This trend is also successfully taken up by the two entrepreneurs and turned into attractive products.
