HOLA Design Thinking
Aim
We expect students, university staff as well as professionals taking part in HOLA Design Thinking to learn the latest creative tools which they can apply in later jobs. They strengthen their teamwork skills by working in inter-university, interdisciplinary teams. Those institutions that provide the teams with real challenges get to know new innovation methods, out-of-the-box solutions and exceptional people.

Target Group
We bring together students, university staff, professionals and start-ups to work together in interdisciplinary teams. Small and medium-sized enterprises as well as (cultural) institutions and start-ups are invited to provide the teams with one of their (business) challenges.
Actions
We offer new ways of learning innovation methods and applying them at the same time. Another focus of HOLA Design Thinking is to encourage collaboration across disciplines and universities.
Condition of Success
A trustworthy relationship is necessary when working successfully in a team across disciplines. Another important asset is trusting the creative process. Finally it's the fact that real challenges are to be solved that triggers intrinsic motivation of the participants.
