Challenge
A solution that would help the patient, the family and the caregiver to treat an overweight child patient successfully. MyAdventure App is a mobile augmented reality game that will be used as remote patient support to help the patient follow the prescribed physical activity by using a mobile device at home. We use AR, AI, and gamification to create an immersive, fun experience.
Process
Intimate collaboration with clinical need owners, based on co-creative concepts and a natural end-user focus, resulted in a clearly defined challenge description, allowing for a matching mobile app to be developed, targeting the end-user group. Additionally, through involvement in the project (Cross4Health) the SME received business advisory support, IPR support, regulatory insights and an access to an expanded european network of future collaborative partners.
